The accepted media include:
- Drawings done in graphite, colored pencil, pen and ink, marker, pastel, charcoal, etc.
- Paintings done in oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, etc.
Sorry, we are not making exceptions at this time. However we encourage artists that primarily work in other media to participate…take a stab at a painting or a drawing, we have faith in you! Keep in mind it is not always a matter of technical skill that makes a drawing or painting impressive, but rather how creative the artist can be with her or his manipulation of the medium, theme, etc.
