20. What if my school decides not to participate in the RFA program? Can I enter on my own?

Absolutely! Our competition is open to all students in the 10th – 12th grades (or their home-school equivalents) in Orleans and Jefferson parishes regardless of whether or not your school offers an art program or participates in the RFA program.
